GOAL:
To provide an opportunity for TAs and Faculty to work together by sharing experiences and ideas in an attempt to:
clarify the roles and responsibilities of TAs,
identify what characteristics are required to perform these duties,
discuss concerns and possible solutions.
SCHEDULE:
1:30 p.m. Welcome and introduction to workshop
1:35 p.m. "Ice-breaker" game.
1:45 p.m. The Effective TA
2:45 p.m. Refreshment break
3:00 p.m. Major concerns of the TA
4:00 p.m. Conclusions and resources.
